MOGADISHU – At least two people have been killed and 20 others injured in a road accident in Somali capital Mogadishu.
The mishap occurred on Shibis road in the capital, when the driver of a mini-bus could not afford to slam the brake of the vehicle, leaving two people dead.
The victims on the board were heading to the city’s airport, a witness said.
He says all victims had been taken into hospitals in Mogadishu.
Road accidents are common in Somalia and most of them are cause due to careless driving.
