GAROWE, Somalia – Somalia’s semi-autonomous state of Puntland has declared to launch war on Somaliland, a self-declared state internationally recognized as an autonomous region of Somalia.
The announcement made after President Abduweli Mohamed Ali ‘Gaas’ has presided an emergency session of cabinet ministers in Garowe town, to address Tuesday’s fighting in Tukaraq town in Sool region.
There was no immediate comments from Somaliland.
