HARGEISA – Four children of same family members have been killed and their mother injured seriously in massive fire in Hargeisa town, witness said.
The blaze engulfed the victims’ home in the city’s Ibrahim-Kodur area, killing at least 4 children, said a policeman, who asked to be anonymous because of being unauthorized to speak on media.
He says a woman, who is said to be a mother of 4 the children died in the blaze, had been taken into hospital, adding that she was unstable condition.
The incident comes after 5 children were killed in a fire at IDP camp in Kismayo town, some 528 km from Somali capital Mogadishu.
